VSM Institute of Technology, Nipani has two separate hostels in the campus for girls and boys, with attractive architectural feature and modern facility. Hostel is designed to accommodate 200+ boys and 160+ girls. Each room in both the hostel has been furnished with cots, Reading Tables, Chairs, Cupboard and Ceiling Fans. TV is placed in the common room for refreshment. Both hostels are provided with RO plant to provide clean and safe water for drinking.

Each hostel block is managed under the supervision of a Warden who is a faculty member of VSMIT, He/She are assisted by attender. Parents and guardian of the students are being provided accommodation in guest room on nominal charges whenever they visit campus. Each hostel is having consulting doctor facility.

Mess facility is provided in the campus only. Mess charges are according to contract base. 24 hours water facility, boiler facility is made to provide hot water in the hostels. Night tea facility is available during examination time. Round the clock security and ragging free campus.
